The Laughing Wellness Club is a free, global laughter club that meets live on Zoom seven times a week, in two rooms. Real people, real laughter, no experience needed. Show up in your pyjamas if you like. Heidi does.

Two rooms, seven sessions a week. Hoho is India mornings and North American nights. Haha is India evenings and North American mornings. Pick the one that fits your day, or come to both. Nobody is counting.

About thirty minutes. Camera on if you want to, camera off if you do not. Each room has its own WhatsApp group, and that is where the Zoom link and reminders live. You pick a room right after you join.
Laughter as exercise starts as a physical practice and usually turns real about a minute in. You do not need to be funny, flexible, or in a good mood. You need a screen and a breath.
Clapping, a big breath, and a few "ho ho ha ha ha" to wake the body up. Thirty seconds in, you are already laughing at yourself.
Playful laughter exercises done together. No jokes, no script, no pressure. The body does not know the difference, and neither does your nervous system.
A stretch of long, slow, deep breathing to finish, so you float back into your day instead of crashing into it. That is the D.O.S.E. landing.

Nurses coming off night shift. Retirees in Mumbai. A dad in Denver who laughs with the kids asleep down the hall. Teachers, coaches, a few skeptics who came once to prove it would not work and are still here. We are dedicated to health, happiness, and world peace, one laugh at a time, and we are not kidding about any of it.
Pop your email in. On the next page you pick your room, Hoho or Haha, and its WhatsApp group is where the Zoom link, the reminders, and the post-session giggles live. One short email a week from Heidi, and you can leave any time.
Free forever. Educational wellness, not medical care. If you have a condition that affects breathing or movement, check with a health professional you trust first.
