You learn the protocol from the inside, then how to lead it, adapt it, and keep it safe and within scope. Then the business module: what to charge, how to book, and how Heidi has been paid to laugh since 2013.
Practitioners are trained to describe the method as educational wellness practice, never as treatment, and to refer out when a room needs more than laughter.

The D.O.S.E. chemistry as education, the four-step session structure, the breath, and the exercises. You lead a fifteen-minute block by the end of the day.

Reading a room, adapting for seniors and workplaces, safety and scope, and the Get Paid to Laugh module: pricing, corporate rate cards, and how she books.
- 03The licence
You leave with the P.L.A.Y. curriculum licence, the Cool Tools deck, and the right to run D.O.S.E. Method sessions under the name.

Is this Laughter Yoga certification?
No. Heidi is a certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and Ambassador, and this training draws on that lineage, but the D.O.S.E. Method Practitioner Certification is her own curriculum and licence, not an LYI credential.
Where and when?
Online, live, two days. Dates are set with the founding cohort. Recorded for review, but attendance live is required to certify.
What can I charge afterwards?
The business module covers this honestly with real market figures. Workplace sessions in this market run from a few hundred dollars for a short session upward; Heidi shows you her own rate card.
Is there a prerequisite?
Attend at least one D.O.S.E. session first, live or recorded, so you know what you are teaching from the inside.
